We ship packages around the world every single day.  We utilize Fedex and UPS as our shipping carriers for the most reliable and secure service for shipping your packages.  Orologioinc ships to most international destinations via insured international Express PARCELPRO which takes around 3-6 days to arrive.  Our main reason to ship express international is so both parties can have a tracking number for the security of the package. Many countries charge a Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) on goods consumed or received in that country, you will be subjected to it.  For international orders, all orders are considered customized orders.  If your international order arrives with a flaw, we provide you with a manufacturers warranty for either a 1 year or a 2 year term.

We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.  We request information on our order form including contact, billing, shipping and verification information. This information is used for order, billing and verification purposes only! If we have difficulty processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the customer. takes every precaution to protect our users’ information against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, the information is protected both online and off-line.  All information is fully protected by SSL encryption technology. Credit card information is retained only as long as necessary to process your transaction after which time your credit card number and verification information are removed from our server.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 7 DayS Money Back Guarantee. Prior to a making a return you must call us to notify us of the issue. You will be given a notification number to reference your return. Buyers are subjected to pay S/H when returning an item.  Remember, returned merchandise must be in SAME CONDITION That was received with plastic over the merchandise as it was delivered, and still have all tags, manuals, warranty cards, cases and packaging intact. Make sure you examine all merchandise as soon as it arrives for any flaws. If the watch is in worn condition or if it has been re-sized, unfortunately we will not be able accept the return or offer a refund. If a return is made or, and any component is missing (such as plastic, tags, manuals, warranty cards, cases and packaging), you will be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. If the seller would like to return an item after the 7 days granted period, you will be subjected to a 15% re-stocking free, only if after 30 days. You must request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning any products to us. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender. If you would like to request an RMA number, please contact us.

Orologio will not accept a scratched or damaged watch return.
Please note: after the links are removed, keep the extra ones! Occasionally, a watch bracelet may break and it is a lot easier (and cheaper) to have it repaired with your own links than it is to order and ship new ones.  Once a watch has been sized, it may not be exchanged or returned for refund.
